- 2½ cups "Progresso" chicken broth
- 1½cups cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 cup "Green Giant"Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¾ cup "Bisquick" Gluten Free mix
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Tips: Add in extra broth to the recipe to keep it from being doughy. If you boil boneless
skinless breasts, you can put them in your mixer with the paddle
attachment for a minute and it will shred them up perfectly.
