- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 175ml water
- 85g unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 125g plain flour
- 4 large eggs
- some Egg Wash (1 egg and pinch of salt)
Cream Filling:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
Tip : These Profiteroles also go well in s hot chocolate sauce!
