- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 small potatoes, quartered
Tips: You could also make this with rice in staid of the potatoes, place the chicken pieces into the slow cooker, on top of rice.
