Gluten Free Chicken Marsala Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 2 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil


Tips: Serve with your favorite gluten-free pasta, or your favorite risotto.
