- 1 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup flour (or GF all purpose flour!)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp softened (slightly melted even) butter
Tips : Roll the preludes in crushed gingersnaps to spice them up a little
