- 2 pkgs. yeast (or 4 1/2 tsp)
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c.(12 oz. can) evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 4 eggs
- 7-8 c. flour
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Frosting:
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Tips: It takes about 3 hours to make, so allow yourself plenty of time. You could try all-kinds of toppings, you could top 1 of the loafs with a chocolate sauce and a cream cheese glaze, or keep it simple and just brush a loaf with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar for example.
