Chocolate Dipped Coconut Marcaroons Recipe

Ingredients: 


  • 7 3/4 cups (3, 7 oz packages) sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup canned cream of coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg
  • 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate 



Tip :  Dip some in white chocolate for variety of flavor
