- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons dried, minced onion
- 1 egg
- 16 buttery crackers (You could use Club crackers)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup chunky salsa, divided
Tip : kids love them!. works also great stuffed in a pepper.
