- 8 medium baking apples, such as Macintosh or Rome
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 (6 or 7 ounce) carton Greek-style yogurt or other creamy-style yogurt
Tip: This is a delicious dish for one person, just reduce the ingedients. You could also make this recipe with halved apples.
