- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup granular sugar substitute (sucralose)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 ounces sugar-free chocolate chips (1/2 cup)
Tips: The dry and wet ingredients, respectively, can be mixed in advance, but
as soon as the wet and dry ingredients have been combined with each
other, the liquid will activate the baking powder and the batter needs
to be baked right away.
