- 1 envelope Yeast
- 1 cup Warm Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2½ tablespoons Cinnamon
- ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter (Softened)
- 8 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 1½ cups Powdered Sugar
- ¼ cup Cream Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
Tips: Don’t add cold ingredients to the mix. Yeast likes warmth. You could set the eggs in a cup of warm water before cracking and adding them. Room temperature for salt sugar is fine!. Also don’t knead the dough too much. Just enough to handle it easy.
