- ½ cup softened butter (or coconut oil ½ cup brown sugar)
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup walnuts (optional)
Tips: You could also try pecans, macadamia nuts or a mixture of almonds and hazelnuts instead of the walnuts. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge, they taste delicious cold!
