Lemon Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients: 


Cookies:
  • 1 cup & 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Zest, finely grated
  • 7 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cut into 1/4″ cubes
  • 1 Egg Yolk
Glaze:
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice, fresh



Tips: Drizzling the rounds just before serving ensures a shiny glaze and crisp cookies. For softer cookies, let the glaze set overnight. The glaze's shimmer will dull.
