- 1 cup & 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Zest, finely grated
- 7 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, cut into 1/4″ cubes
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice, fresh
Tips: Drizzling the rounds just before serving ensures a shiny glaze and crisp
cookies. For softer cookies, let the glaze set overnight. The glaze's
shimmer will dull.
