- 2½ cups Chocolate Chips, (Dark chocolate chips can go well because of their health benefits. Ghirardelli is a good brand and works good with this recipe)
- ¼ cup coconut milk, (canned, not in a carton)
- ¼ cup raw mild honey
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Tips : When starting to cook the fudge in the slow cooker, Leave the lid closed for 2 hours, else the temperature will not be high enough.
Real fudge has to reach a certain temperature to set properly.
