- 3 cup noodles, cooked
- 2½ cup chicken breasts without skin, chopped and cooked
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- 10 ozs broccoli
- 10¾ ozs cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup skim milk, at room temperature
- ½ cup fat-free Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Tips: This is a simple meal and a great way to feed your kids broccoli. If you are trying to get more veg into your family's diet then you could
put a little less chicken and add more vegetables like sweetcorn.
