Peaches Italian Castelbottaccio-style Dessert

Ingredients: 


Pasta:
  • 2 lb all-purpose flour
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 oz sugar
  • 1 oz fresh yeast
  • 1 cup milk
Filling:
  • 4 cups custard cream
  • ¼ cup Milk liqueur
  • lemon zest
Garnish
  • simple syrup to taste
  • Milk liqueur, a red-colored liqueur to taste
  • confectioners sugar to taste
