- 1 bottle (28 ounces) your favorite BBQ sauce
- 3 tablespoons Seasoning pork rub
- 1/8 cup Apricot jelly or preserves (optional)
- 1/8 cup Honey
Tips: make your own pork rub seasoning by combining these ingredients in a small bowl.
- ¼ cup sweet smoked paprika (pimenton de la vera)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)
