- 4 Fresh (not to ripe)Peaches, washed, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoon Sucanat or Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Grapeseed oil or Light olive oil
- 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped (optional)
- Ice cream (optional)
Tip : Make chore you use not-too-ripe peaches, if the peaches are too ripe, they fall apart on the grill.
