- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16-ounce) can chili beans in chili sauce, undrained
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
This recipe goes great with some cornbread a side.
