Raspberry Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 


Raspberry Puree:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Cake
  • 1 c flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup milk

    Tip: This gooey, moist cake is incredibly easy to prepare. Serve it warm with a spoon and a sweet tooth!  Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh raspberries, or even some Raspberry-Red Wine Coulis on the side if desired.
