Ingredients: 

• 1 cup water
• 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 4 large eggs
• 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate
• 1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 quart light vanilla ice cream

Tips: You can also fill the puffs with pudding.
