- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can condensed milk
Tips: The cookies will keep in an airtight container, at room temperature for
3 to 4 days. The unbaked dough can be rolled into rounds and stored in a
heavy-duty freezer bag in the refrigerator or freezer, until ready to
bake.
