Lemon Mousse Dessert Recipe

Ingredients: 

• 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar, divided
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Pure Lemon Extract
• 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Tips: Make these smart, simple puddings ahead of time and little iced by cover the whole lot with cling film and freeze for 30-40 minutes.
