- 33 grams (2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons) sugar
- 240 grams (1 cup) water
- 120 grams (4.2 oz) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2.5 grams (3/4 + 1/8 teaspoon) kosher salt
- 250 grams (1 cup) lightly beaten eggs
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/2 cups finely diced strawberries
- sugar (amount will depend on sweetness of the strawberries)
