- ½ kg penne pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in 4 pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1cup onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, lengthwise, thin sliced (yellow or orange)
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup half & half (dairy product- half milk/ half light cream)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Tips: Use egg noodles or fettucine instead of penne. Spice it up a little if you like and add more chilli flakes
