- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
- 1 cup dry carrot cake mix
- 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
- 3/4 cup canned cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup Carrot Cake M&M candies
Tips: You could spice it up a little with trowing in some, plump
raisins and/or some crunchy nuts. This fudge firms up in the refrigerator, but retains a softer
texture than many fudge recipes. Cool more then 1 hour for better results.
