Carrot Cake Fudge Recipe

Ingredients: 

    Carrot Cake Fudge:
    • 4 Tablespoons butter
    • 3 cups white chocolate chips
    • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
    • 1 cup dry carrot cake mix
    • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
    Cream Cheese Top Layer:
    • 3/4 cup canned cream cheese frosting
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips
    • 2 Tablespoons marshmallow cream
    • 1/2 cup Carrot Cake M&M candies


    Tips: You could spice it up a little with trowing in some, plump raisins and/or some crunchy nuts. This fudge firms up in the refrigerator, but retains a softer texture than many fudge recipes. Cool more then 1 hour for better results.
