- 1.5 lbs cleaned brussel sprouts, cut in half or if small kept whole
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups really good heavy cream, organic is best
- 1 lemon, you will need 1 tsp. zest and juice from the whole lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Tips: You may prepare the whole recipe ahead of time and simply heat
before serving. You can also use this recipe for other vegetables such as peas,
asparagus, beans.
