- 1 teaspoon balsalmic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large or 2 small zucchini
- Cooking spray
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese or Vegan shreds, optional
