Ingredients:
- 1 cup Basmati Rice or Long grain Rice
- Juice of 1 big Lime
- 3-4 tbsp chopped fresh Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil/Butter
- Salt to taste
Tips: You could spice it up a little by throwing a crushed clove of raw garlic in the pot with the cilantro and
lime after cooking and just letting it sit and percolate before serving, fish it out before you dish up.
