- 1 zucchini
- canola cooking spray
- seasoned salt, or other seasoning(s) of your choice
Tips: If the zucchini slices seem a little wet, then dry them with a paper towel before cooking. Lightly season with salt because the slice will become much smaller and the seasoning will become more concentrated. Store in airtight container.
