- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 18 slices thinly sliced salami
- 18 slices pepperoncini peppers, drained, or to taste
- 18 toothpick's
Tips: If you slice the salami a little too thin, the slices would rip up when spreading the creaam
cheese on it. Too prevent this, just cut open the
peppers and stuffed them with cream cheese, then rolled it up with the
salami. This also gives you the chance to seed the peppers, if you want,
and kept the presentation a little cleaner.
