- pasta (fettucini, penne or tortellini are great, or use a non-wheat pasta for a gluten free recipe)
- fresh parsley, thyme or basil, chopped for garnish
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
- extra parmesan cheese
- pinch of salt
- pinch of grounded black pepper
- ½ stick of butter
- 1½ cup of heavy cream
- 1½ cup of Ramano cheese
Tips : The sauce itself is gluten free. Simply change the pasta to your favorite gluten free variety to make it a gluten free meal.
