- 1 lb Large fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 to 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 minced medium onion
Tips: Make sure not to take too much out of the mushrooms when you are scooping out the gills. If you pierce the mushroom from the inside, the hot cheese mixture will run out during cooking.
