• 1 cup minus 2 tbsp AP flour ( maida)
• 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp  cocoa powder
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• a pinch of salt

Decorate:

• Christmas Sprinkles
• Mini Reese’s (Not miniature…Mini)
• Twizzlers
