Healthy Turkey Loaf Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/8 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/8 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • lemon pepper to taste


Tips: Add in tiny pieces of chopped mushrooms, this will make the turkey meatloaf moist with an unbelievable flavor. Chop about 15 Mushrooms extra small (either by hand or in a food processor). Then, cook them down until soft and add them to the turkey meat.
