Profiteroles Chocolate Covered Cream Puffs Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • 175ml water
  • 85g unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 125g plain flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • some Egg Wash (1 egg and pinch of salt)
Cream Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar

Tip : These Profiteroles also go well in s hot chocolate sauce!
