Ginger Chicken Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1.25lbs of chicken legs
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, roughly 1″ wide x 2″ tall x ½” thick, peeled and sliced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Course ground Celtic Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp of diced red onion
  • 1 stalk of green onion chopped.
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
