Serious Good Gluten Free Pizza Crust Recipe

Servings 1.5 pizza, Cook+Prep Time: 1 hr 05 min

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups gluten free flour blend (1 cup brown rice flour, 1 cup white rice flour, 1 cup tapioca flour, ½ teaspoon "xanthan gum")
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 ¼ cup warm water, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Tips: Always make sure your work surfaces, utensils, pans and tools are also free of gluten. A pizza stone creates crisp crusts by absorbing moisture in dough. If you like your pizzas crisp consider using a pizza stone.
