Peanut Butter Dulce de Leche Sandwich Cookies Recipe

Ingredients: 




  • 1½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can condensed milk

Tips: The cookies will keep in an airtight container, at room temperature for 3 to 4 days. The unbaked dough can be rolled into rounds and stored in a heavy-duty freezer bag in the refrigerator or freezer, until ready to bake.
