Pork Tenderloin with Sherry Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1 to 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 package fresh mushrooms (8 ounce package-sliced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1/ 2 teaspoon beef bouillon crystals
  • Black pepper to taste
