Easy Whole Apple Crisp Fall Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 8 medium baking apples, such as Macintosh or Rome
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 (6 or 7 ounce) carton Greek-style yogurt or other creamy-style yogurt

    Tip: This is a delicious dish for one person, just reduce the ingedients. You could also make this recipe with halved apples.
